  • Betty Moon is a Toronto-born composer, singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and filmmaker. Moon has recorded eight albums, including the recently released full length, CHROME (2017). A former teen model and dancer, Betty Moon found success in the Toronto music scene at an early age. Selling over 10,000 DIY records during her high school years was impressive to A&M/Universal, who signed Betty Moon to a record deal and launched her professional career as a recording artist and songwriter.

Since then, Moon has been nominated for multiple CASBY Awards including Best Album of the Year, Best Single of the Year, Best Video of the Year, and Best Artist of the Year. To date, Betty Moon has released eight records including her A&M Records self-titled debut, STIR, Doll Machine on EMI Music, Demon Flowers, Rollin' Revolution, Amourphous, Pantomania and CHROME.

Amourphous, which Moon produced and features the single, “Valentine,” was mixed by Grammy Award-winner Chris Lord-Alge. Moon’s music has been featured in a variety of television shows and films including Californication, Dexter, Bounty Hunters, Walking the Dead directed by Melanie Ansley, and Last Gasp starring Robert Patrick.

In 2010, Moon relocated to Los Angeles and released Rollin’ Revolution, which garnered airplay on popular L.A. rock radio station KROQ. In 2013, Moon was a featured artist at the Sunset Strip Music Festival, sharing the stage with Marilyn Manson, Quiet Riot, Black Label Society, and The Offspring. Moon continues to be a regular performer at iconic venues such as The Roxy, Whisky a Go Go, and The Viper Room in Hollywood, California.

In 2015, Moon released her seventh album Pantomania, which debuted in the Top 10 on College Radio airplay charts and has seen its two singles "No Good" & newest single "Firehose" played on L.A.'s KLOS Radio. Her latest album CHROME has produced 3 singles to-date, including “Sound”, “Life Is But A Dream” and the newly released single “Natural Disaster”. Her collaboration with top music industry professionals includes Jim Wirt, Kenny Aronoff, Randy Cooke, Wes Scantlin, John Christ, Jason Sutter, Gavin Brown and Chris Lord-Alge.
